Being a very popular form of dietary supplement in the market nowadays,  Green Tea has become a  very famous non-medical alternative.  Some says, "A cup of green tea a day, keeps the doctor away".

Unfortunately for others who are very busy with their working schedule, having a relaxing time to take a copy of relaxing green tea becomes time consuming if not impossible.   And because of this, the health industry has developed a couple of green tea products so that we can have our daily green tea dosage in an easier and less time consuming ways.

People have been talking about green tea.  Most of us are talking about using green tea on weight loss.  Some use it for its health benefits.  In between all these, we often hear about Match Green Tea.  What is this Matcha Green Tea?  Is this different from the green tea?  Or is it somehow mixed with something to create the matcha thing?  We have been actually using this in make our green tea truffles and green tea ice cream.

Matcha Tea or Matcha Green Tea is a type of green tea from Japan.  It is made by grinding the green tea leaves into very fine powder.  This powder is then mixed with hot water to give-off a bright green, frothy beverage that has a rich flavor and is naturally sweet.

The Chinese has been taking tea for more than 4,000 years and you can see health benefits. One in particular that I see is long life. Who wouldn't want that? There are lot of diseases like cancer, arthritis and heart diseases are believed to be improved, if not prevented, by drinking green tea. Green tea is even able to lower the bad cholesterol and increases our immune system against infections.
